📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Manage a team of 15-20 employees, providing leadership and mentorship.
• Optimize logistics operations using SAP and other ERP systems.
• Coordinate with clients and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Develop and implement training programs for staff.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Certification in lean management or six sigma is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
