📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the procurement process, including vendor evaluation and negotiation.
  • Prepare and maintain procurement documentation.
  • Monitor and track procurement activities to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis on procurement activities.
  • Support the procurement team in achieving departmental goals.
  • Assist in the coordination of procurement activities with other departments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to the procurement team as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or related field.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and systems.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
  • Knowledge of local procurement regulations and practices is a plus.
