Your daily tasks will include operating the cranes, monitoring their performance, and reporting any issues to our maintenance team. You will also be responsible for following all safety protocols and ensuring that our operations comply with industry standards and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate hoist cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment
• Monitor the performance of the cranes and report any issues to the maintenance team
• Ensure that all operations comply with safety protocols and industry standards
• Work closely with the team to coordinate lifting and moving operations
• Perform regular inspections of the cranes and hoists
• Maintain accurate records of crane usage and maintenance
• Train and assist new operators in the safe and efficient use of the cranes
• Participate in safety drills and emergency response procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hoist Crane Operator or similar role
• Valid certification as a Hoist Crane Operator (e.g., Sertifikasi Operator Crane Indonesia - Sertifikasi Operator Crane Indonesia)
• Good knowledge of crane safety regulations and industry standards
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
• Strong physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy loads
• Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Familiarity with using crane control panels and other related equipment
• Willingness to undergo regular training and safety drills
