📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage the restaurant's budget, including expenses and revenue, and ensure profitability.,Lead and mentor the restaurant staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all legal and regulatory requirements.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Experience in budgeting, financial management, and sales analysis.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.,Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.,Experience in working with diverse teams and cultures.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
