📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Manage and mentor a team of sales consultants, providing guidance and support.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Monitor sales performance, set targets, and track progress against KPIs.,Organize and participate in retail events, promotions, and sales campaigns.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and tools.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
