Silver Life Nusantara is seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operations management and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business processes.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and mentor the operations team, providing guidance and support to achieve organizational goals.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.,Handle operational issues and conflicts, resolving them in a timely and effective manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Knowledge of labor laws, health and safety regulations, and quality control standards.,Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles.
