We are seeking a dedicated QA/QC Manager to join our Villa Management team in Badung, Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and standards of our villas are maintained. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and control, with a passion for hospitality and attention to detail.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control processes to ensure all villas meet the required standards.,Conduct regular inspections and audits of villas to identify any issues or areas for improvement.,Develop and implement quality improvement programs to enhance villa standards.,Coordinate with maintenance teams to address any quality control issues promptly.,Train and mentor staff on quality assurance and control best practices.,Monitor and report on quality metrics to ensure continuous improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for all villas.,Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and inspections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of international quality standards and certifications.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Proven track record of improving quality standards in a hotel or similar setting.,Knowledge of villa management software and systems is a plus.
