Rumah Sakit Oka Laundry is seeking a talented Senior Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing healthcare facility in the heart of Bali.

As a Senior Junior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. You will work closely with the finance team to provide financial reports and analysis to support our strategic decision-making.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Process payroll and manage employee benefits.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Manage vendor invoices and payments.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Prepare financial statements and tax returns.
  • Provide support to the finance team in special projects and initiatives.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a healthcare or similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Certification in accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
