Manage the entire loans portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate processing of loan applications, approvals, and disbursements.,Conduct credit assessments and risk analysis to ensure the financial health and solvency of our clients.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and profitability of our loans portfolio.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the success of our loans operations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the financial services sector.,Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on loans and credit management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and banking practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
