Nusantara Cargo is looking for a talented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our cargo management systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for cargo management systems,Collaborate with software developers to ensure accuracy and clarity of technical content,Develop user manuals, quick reference guides, and other instructional materials,Review and edit technical content to ensure consistency and readability,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Participate in product development and testing to provide feedback and improve documentation,Assist in the development of training materials for new employees and customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Proven ability to write clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation,Strong understanding of cargo management systems and related technologies,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical writing tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
