📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Providing excellent customer service to all customers.,Handling cash transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.,Assisting customers with account inquiries and transactions.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.,Ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.,Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.,Collaborating with other team members to achieve departmental goals.,Promoting bank products and services to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or banking.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of banking products and services.,Familiarity with computer systems and software.,Ability to handle cash and maintain accuracy in transactions.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
