📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve store performance targets.,Participate in store promotions and events to drive sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus.,Must be fluent in both Indonesian and English.
