PT Ekspresi Tambang is seeking a dedicated Deputy Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Salatiga. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

As a Deputy Fleet Coordinator, you will work closely with the Fleet Manager to oversee the daily operations of our fleet, manage driver schedules, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Manage driver schedules and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Monitor fuel consumption and cost efficiency.

Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for fleet maintenance.

Maintain accurate records of fleet operations and safety incidents.

Provide training and support to drivers on safety procedures and vehicle maintenance.

Ensure all fleet vehicles are roadworthy and comply with all legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.

Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
