Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company and ensure that all activities are aligned with company goals and objectives.,Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and innovation within the organization.,Manage and mentor a team of managers and supervisors to ensure that they are performing at their best.,Monitor financial performance and ensure that the company is meeting its financial targets.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and investors.,Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met and that the company is operating in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and establish the company as a thought leader in the industry.,Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to ensure that the company is operating efficiently and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Strong financial acumen and experience with financial analysis and reporting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Familiarity with industry trends and best practices.
