📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.,Conduct employee training and development programs.,Handle employee grievances and disputes.,Oversee payroll and benefits administration.,Lead HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.,Collaborate with management to address HR challenges and opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the agricultural sector.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of successful HR initiatives.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
