With a strong presence in Bali, we are expanding our operations and seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with department heads and managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records using our HRIS system, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job advertising to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using our HRIS system.
• Manage employee benefits and compensation packages, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with our company's values.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Handle employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Support the organization in achieving its diversity and inclusion goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent management and recruitment.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
