📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and track the lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for IT asset management.
• Utilize tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and SAP for asset tracking and management.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of IT assets to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely and efficient acquisition of IT assets.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the proper use and maintenance of IT assets.
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into IT asset utilization and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT asset management or a related role.
• Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA ITAM+, or PMP are a plus.
