📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on proper techniques and procedures.,Ensure food quality and safety by following hygiene and safety protocols.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven experience in leading and managing kitchen staff.,Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and recipes.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good organizational and time management skills.,High school diploma or equivalent.
