📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the accounting department, including budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and local regulations.,Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and follow-up.,Supervise and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance and support.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.,Stay updated with accounting trends and regulations, and implement best practices.,Prepare and analyze financial forecasts and budgets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and local regulations.,Experience with financial reporting and analysis.,Proficient in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.
