📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the logistics department, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to logistics operations.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
