MEP Engineering Specialist

PT Karyagraha Nusantara is seeking an experienced MEP Engineering Specialist to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-rise building projects with integrated data center operations, leveraging advanced infrastructure in Jakarta.

As an MEP Engineering Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems in complex building projects. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of these systems, contributing to the creation of sustainable and efficient buildings.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement MEP systems for high-rise buildings and data centers.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate MEP systems.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and equipment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in MEP engineering.
• Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and scope.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in MEP engineering, preferably in high-rise building projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Certification in MEP engineering or related fields is a plus.
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
