📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the production process to ensure quality and efficiency,Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed,Preparing and organizing ingredients for daily production,Assisting in the packaging and distribution of finished products,Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the production area,Collaborating with the kitchen staff to meet daily production targets,Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations,Assisting in the training and development of new production staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in food production or related field is a plus,Good communication and teamwork skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Attention to detail and strong organizational skills,Familiarity with basic food safety and hygiene practices,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
