📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the company's hiring needs.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify the most suitable candidates for the roles.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine the candidates' fit for the position.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to ensure a good fit for candidates.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successfully filling roles and exceeding hiring targets.
