In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial information.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Process payroll and manage employee benefits,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management,Prepare and review financial statements for internal and external use,Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes,Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations for improvement,Prepare and submit tax returns and other regulatory filings

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Good communication and interpersonal skills
