📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet company objectives.,Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.,Manage and monitor supplier relationships to ensure quality and reliability.,Oversee the procurement process from order to delivery.,Ensure compliance with all purchasing policies and procedures.,Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and opportunities.,Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using purchasing software and tools.,Knowledge of supply chain management and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the palm oil industry is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
