CV Langit Lautan is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Training Officer to join our team in Pademangan, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and develop employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop customized training solutions.,Maintain training records and track employee progress and development.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including conducting interviews and assessing candidates' skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, techniques, and technologies.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
