📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE programs to ensure compliance with national and international regulations.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide training and awareness programs to educate and empower our workforce on HSE best practices.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, and work with management to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure the effective management of incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Foster a strong safety culture within the team, encouraging open communication and accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into all aspects of our operations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the natural resources sector.
• Certification in HSE management, such as NEBOSH or IOSH, is a plus.
• Strong understanding of national and international regulations, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding HSE performance targets.
• Familiarity with using HSE management software, such as SAP or QHSE.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
