📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks to customers, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and specialty coffees.,Maintain and operate coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and steam wands.,Ensure the coffee shop is clean and well-stocked, and that all equipment is in good working order.,Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service.,Manage cash handling and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques, and continuously improve your skills.,Assist in the preparation of other food items, such as pastries and sandwiches, if required.,Work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive work atmosphere.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.,Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices.,Basic knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.,Ability to learn and adapt to new coffee trends and techniques.
