🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction site supervision, with a focus on pipeline projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Proficiency in using construction management software such as AutoCAD, Procore, and Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and safety standards in Bali.
