As a Medical Executive, you will be at the forefront of our eye care division, working closely with doctors, ophthalmologists, and other key stakeholders to ensure our products are widely adopted and utilized. You will leverage your extensive medical knowledge and industry expertise to educate and influence healthcare providers, ultimately driving sales and market growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market share and drive sales of Alcon’s premium eye care products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, including doctors, ophthalmologists, and other medical practitioners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop targeted marketing strategies.
• Educate and train healthcare providers on the benefits and usage of Alcon’s eye care products through presentations, workshops, and one-on-one consultations.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and execution of customer-facing strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements in the ophthalmic field.
• Represent Alcon at industry events, conferences, and medical meetings to showcase our products and network with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical/pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on ophthalmic products.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian healthcare market and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade healthcare professionals.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
• Certification in relevant medical or pharmaceutical courses is a plus.
• Demonstrated track record of success in driving sales and market adoption of medical products.
