📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and reconcile vendor payments accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely payments and resolve any issues promptly.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts payable ledgers to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities to support the company's financial planning.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in accounts payable.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role.
• Proficient in using SAP and QuickBooks for financial management.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
