📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct routine microbiological tests to ensure product safety and compliance with industry standards.
• Analyze and interpret test results using advanced laboratory equipment such as Microbiological Incubators, Microscopes, and Spectrophotometers.
• Document and record test results accurately in our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to microbiological testing.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our quality control processes.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure the highest standards of product safety.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in microbiological analysis, preferably in the food industry.
• Certification in Microbiological Analysis or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment such as Microbiological Incubators, Microscopes, and Spectrophotometers.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including HACCP and ISO 22000.
